Executive Fellows play a critical role in advancing global dialogue on digital finance, supporting policy alignment across jurisdictions, and strengthening strategic partnerships between financial institutions, regulators, and the broader fintech ecosystem.

Purpose & Strategic Mandate

The Executive Fellow serves as a strategic visionary for the Responsible Fintech Institute. The role focuses on advancing global fintech governance, fostering cross-border collaboration, and contributing to high-level policy discourse.

Executive Fellows help shape the future of responsible financial ecosystems by providing strategic leadership, industry insights, and international engagement with policymakers, financial institutions, and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Thought Leadership
    Lead or contribute to strategic whitepapers and industry reports on emerging fintech themes such as digital asset governance, AI ethics, and the Finternet.

  • Strategic Diplomacy
    Represent the Responsible Fintech Institute at international forums and facilitate dialogue with regulators, central banks, and global financial centres.

  • Executive Mentorship
    Provide strategic mentorship and guidance to senior executives and ecosystem leaders within the RFI network.

  • Policy Advocacy
    Participate in high-level roundtables and policy discussions that help shape global fintech regulatory frameworks.

Who Should Apply

The Executive Fellow track is designed for globally recognized leaders with significant experience in financial services, fintech innovation, or public policy.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of leadership, strategic influence, and commitment to advancing responsible financial ecosystems.

  • 20+ years of senior leadership experience in finance, technology, or public policy

  • Former or current executives such as CEOs, board members, regulators, or senior government officials

  • Recognized expertise in areas such as fintech governance, digital asset regulation, or AI ethics
