The Responsible Fintech Institute (RFI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Louis Chen as an Executive Fellow.
Professor Chen is widely recognised for his contributions to digital governance, sustainable digital economy development, and cross-sector institutional collaboration. Through his leadership at the Digital Governance Association (DGA), he has played an important role in advancing dialogue on responsible innovation, AI governance, and the future of digital ecosystems.
His appointment further strengthens RFI’s commitment to bringing together leading voices from academia, industry, and public policy to support the development of trusted and internationally aligned digital infrastructure.
As Executive Fellow, Professor Chen will contribute to RFI’s work in thought leadership, policy dialogue, ecosystem engagement, and cross-border collaboration.
