It is clear that HCMC is fast becoming a hub for dynamic, real-world Web3 use cases.
As this ecosystem matures, the need for robust governance frameworks and infrastructure becomes critical. During the meeting, RFI highlighted how we can support Vietnam’s growth through our suite of digital utilities and standards designed to foster a safe, regulated environment:

🔹 Law Enforcement Workflow Tools: providing specialized capabilities for authorities to monitor and manage illicit activities related to digital assets effectively.
